Warunki gwarancji

1. All complaints must be reported to the vendor-company where you purchased the product.
2. Seller provides a warranty of 12 months from the date of sale. Defects disclosed during this period will be corrected free of charge. Repair time is 14 days from the date of delivery of the product, or 21 days after filing the complaint in writing. The warranty period shall be extended by the repair time.
3. Warranty repair by means operations are specific, appropriate to remedy a defect covered by warranty. Points showing material deficiencies, construction, and therefore can not be successful in use in our opinion will be repaired or replaced with new ones. Replaced parts become the property of the manufacturer.
4. The warranty does not cover:
   • Products that have been installed by others, not authorised by the manufacturer
   • Products installed contrary to instructions
   • Damaged mechanically, thermally, chemically
   • Corrupt act or omission by you or the action of external forces, etc.
   • Damaged as a result of:
   • the modifications and design changes made by the user or a third party,
   • the use of misused
   • the use of faulty products,
   • the use of non-original materials or accessories,
   • for maintenance, replacement parts that have defined life (eg, rollers).
5. The guarantee expire in the case of failure to pay payments on time by the buyer.
6. Buyers to take advantage of the guarantee must notify the seller in writing by completing the complaint printing for manufacturer within 3 days from the date of disclosure vulnerability.
7. The warranty covers only the gates mounted on Polish territory.
8. The condition of validity of the guarantee is to provide a completed warranty card.
